KMA Cage Fitness

We've got the fastest, most intense and totally exciting way to burn fat and build muscle.

Cage Fitness™ is a revolutionary workout program that is designed to cater to people at all levels of fitness. Cage Fitness™ is based on the structure of a championship MMA Bout.

In a 30 minute session, Cage Fitness will give you a total body workout that includes 5 x 5 minute rounds focusing on endurance, strength, power & core. Each 5 minute round incorporates aerobic and anaerobic exercises to maximise fat burning while gaining muscle.

Scared? Don’t be!

Many people here the word ‘Cage Fight’ and immediately break out into a cold sweat. But don’t worry. Cage Fitness™ is endorsed and tested by 9 time welterweight champion Matt Hughes and there is no contact in Cage Fitness™ or working with partners.
